A Pretty Mess

I thought this was a delicate kind of a card. I loved it..

Then I did this little mess. I covered chipboard with crystal effects then sprinkled fine cosmo glitter on it. And of course when you use glitter, your first instinct is to tip it and remove excess, right? Well this time, it was wrong. I ruined it!! Then i got too tired to try again. But maybe next time....

Flowers and More Flowers

Hello everyone,
these little cards are something that started in my head so differently. However, if you could see, the most dramatic on this card is the lace. All i did was outline with SU gel pen but not on the inside of the lace. Only around the edges of each lacy petal. Then you ask, "what's up with the orange?" Well, you know, trying something new, for me....

Then here is polka dotted and lovely....i used an orange permanent marker to outline the flowers, border the designer paper and last touched up the brad with the marker a bit. I used mostly Stampin' Up! product here.
Well i want to say that i am thinking about the upcoming year. Does Stamp-A-Stack sound familiar? If not, visit again in a couple of days or so to see what I have in the works.....

The Red Quilted Can...

...with green and orange flowers? Well I like it and that's my story. It was fun making this and watching what evolved while doing it.

Isn't that why we do what we do anyways? We usually have a well thought out plan in our busy little minds then excitement builds....

...you start putting things together; a tweek here and one little one there then, VOILA! Something totally different.

I think it's fun that way.

This one i named. It's called A Simple Wish. It reminds me of when we went camping at Carpenteria with Nicole and Brooklyn. These beautiful bushes of flowers were in bloom and they were so bright and colorful! My wish is to be able to spend time like that again with my fam and friends. SNIFFF...

Maria's 1st Can...

My name is Maria, this was my first time doing
this type of craft! I love it.. it was so much fun,
but i had alot of help from Christina.
I made it for my son Aidan.

From the Garden

Here is a quick post of some of the cards I've been making. As you can see, i really need a pair of SU Craft
and Paper scissors. But i think this came out real nice... and i like the colors together....

This is something we did after our last workshop. We just were not in the mood to put things away and stop...

Boxed Bags

You know those times when you just want to create and create more, well I'm on one of those streaks. It's been a while, and these are the times I love! Except the fact that my boys start getting thin and they tell me that they don't see me anymore and that I don't listen to them, etc....
I guess that is the draw back. But I am putting out some pretty neat stuff!!! They just have to wait their turn, right?

I really like both of these colors, the brown and the blue. But in person, I think i like the brown better. So if you'd like to try this, check out this tutorial.
In person, you'd see how roomy these little bags are. For me to give them as a gift, i'd have to put some filler in them then put some candy towards the top. or a few candy bars would do.

Which color do you like better?
