Have I Shown You These?

These are from a stamp set that I borrowed from Sherry. I thought I was going to create something cute and vintage looking but once I set them on paper, I just felt like making them to be kinda fantasy world. I hope you like this little set of cards...

Oh! And by the way, this backround effect was copied from Michelle Zindorf. I have her on my blog list on the right. You NEED to check out her work. BEAUTIFUL!!!

Gift Boxes

So since Christmas time is coming, I am being inspired to make different boxes and ways to pack up gifts. These are just a few of what I am going to be doing. Today, I came up with 2 boy baby boxes...

...I know the picture didn't come out as good as I would have liked but i am not much of a photographer.
To open up the green box above, you simply slide off the entire paper and ribbon to the side. The one below, you obviously untie the ribbon.
This is my brother and sister. I was so happy they came down to see me that day...

This is my brother, (from left to right) my son Leo, my daughter Jacqueline, my nephew Isac, my neice Adrianna and last but not least, my nephew Gabriel. Isac and Adrianna are twins, can you tell? My other son Alex had to leave for a marching band performance in Little Rock.
Me and my daughter Jacqueline were laughing cause I thought she was going to flip me over or something because of the way she was wrapping her arm around my shoulder.

Even though she's a bully, she's beautiful! Just a little rough....

Button Flowers and Cards

Can you tell that I've been practicing on my brayer technique? Well I have and I am amazed at the artwork that comes out of it. But since I've been practicing, I am following directions to a TEE! The only one that I went out on my own on is...

....this one below. Try to click on the picture for an enlarged size. I show Hari and he wants me to stop putting mattes on the pictures and just go for a straight work on the card stock look. What the heck?!! It has to be matted! But he has good taste so I'll try it some day. Here is one that I had to just pop out. This was the first time that I inked up this stamp set. I wanted to show it off also.
Now for this button bouquet, I can't remember which blog I got the idea from but I thought the idea was too cute to pass up. Who doesn't like to look at buttons and think of all the possibilities that could happen with them. Where have they traveled to or just come from or where will they be going...these are questions that just come to me. Anyways, look at the side bar to find which blogs I've been checking on and getting inspirations from. Enjoy!!
